Bahgat Mohamed Abouelnasr Minister Plenipotentiary at the League of Arab States, currently serving as Director of the Transport and Tourism Department and Supervisor of the Energy Department. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Al-Azhar University with extensive expertise in Arab economic integration, trade policy, and sustainable development. With over 30 years of experience, he has led major regional initiatives such as the Arab Customs Union, the Greater Arab Free Trade Area, and multiple strategic agreements in tourism and transport. He is also a member of several economic associations and editorial boards.
