Mohamed Ezzat brings 17 years of extensive banking experience, 11 out if which dedicated to Trade Finance operations, where he has expertly managed a wide range of transactions including Letters of Credit (LCs), Letters of Guarantee (LGs), and collections. He has spent the last 6 years focusing on Trade Finance business within the framework of Global Transaction Banking (GTB). Throughout his career, Mohamed has served at three banks in Egypt, culminating in his role as Head of Trade Finance Business Development at EBank since early 2019.
Academically, he graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, English Section, at Ain Shams University in 2008. Over the past decade, he has enhanced his expertise by becoming a Certified Specialist in Documentary Credits (CDCS®) through the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF-UK), as well as obtaining a certification in Corporate Banking from the American University in Cairo (AUC). Additionally, he
holds and provides the Certificate in International Trade and Finance (CITF).
In 2020, Mohamed pursued his passion for knowledge sharing by joining the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI), the training arm of the Central Bank of Egypt, as a certified trainer in Trade Finance. Recently Mohamed has expanded the range of his instruction to include banks in GCC in collaboration with Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF)
